Q1. What is iEnrol 入學通?
This platform provides new students an one stop service to claim offer*, pay tuition fees and register.*Applicable for current DSE applicants with conditional offer
Q2. What should I do if my personal information / programme name / payment amount is not correct?
Please contact the College at 3416 6338 or ccadmissions@hkuspace.hku.hk for assistance.
Q3. If I choose mobile as the channel to receive the verification code, is there any specific requirement on the mobile phone?
The number of your mobile phone must be a Hong Kong phone number.
Q4. What should I do if the payment browser is closed / suspended suddenly during the transaction or the payment transaction is not successful?
You can login to the payment gateway and try again after 30 minutes. If you still cannot get back to the payment gateway, please contact the College at 3416 6338 or ccadmissions@hkuspace.hku.hk for assistance.
Q5. Can I pay the tuition fee by UnionPay credit card via the online system?
The online payment gateway accepts Visa Card, Master Card, Alipay, Faster Payment System (FPS), PPS by internet or WeChat Pay.
Q6. Can I pay the tuition fee by PPS if I do not have a PPS account?
PPS via Internet - You will need a PPS account and a PPS Internet password. For information on how to open a PPS account and how to set up a PPS Internet password, please visit http://www.ppshk.com.
Q7. Where can I find the refund document "Arrangement for Refund Application 2025-26"?
You can download the refund document by clicking here. You can also find the refund document from the College website and the New Student Welcome Page
Q8. Where can I get the tuition receipt after I pay the payment online?
You can approach one of the Enrolment Centres and present your Hong Kong Identity Card to collect the official receipt.
Q9. What should I do if I do not receive the offer letter?
The offer letter has sent to your registered email address, please check if you have received the email in Spam/Junk Mail Folder. If you cannot find the mail, please contact the College at 3416 6338 or ccadmissions@hkuspace.hku.hk for assistance.
