You can login to the payment gateway and try again after 30 minutes. If you still cannot get back to the payment gateway, please contact the College at 3416 6338 or ccadmissions@hkuspace.hku.hk for assistance.
The online payment gateway accepts Visa Card, Master Card, Alipay, Faster Payment System (FPS), PPS by internet or WeChat Pay.
PPS via Internet - You will need a PPS account and a PPS Internet password. For information on how to open a PPS account and how to set up a PPS Internet password, please visit http://www.ppshk.com.
You can download the refund document by clicking here. You can also find the refund document from the College website and the New Student Welcome Page
You can approach one of the Enrolment Centres and present your Hong Kong Identity Card to collect the official receipt.
The offer letter has sent to your registered email address, please check if you have received the email in Spam/Junk Mail Folder. If you can’t find the mail, please contact the College at 3416 6338 or ccadmissions@hkuspace.hku.hk for assistance.
