Q3. If I choose mobile as the channel to receive the verification code, is there any specific requirement on the mobile phone?
The number of your mobile phone must be a Hong Kong phone number.
Q4. What should I do if the payment browser is closed / suspended suddenly during the transaction or the payment transaction is not successful?
Q5. Can I pay the tuition fee by UnionPay credit card via the online system?
The online payment gateway accepts Visa Card, Master Card and PPS.
Q6. Can I pay the tuition fee by PPS if I do not have a PPS account?
PPS via Internet - You will need a PPS account and a PPS Internet password. For information on how to open a PPS account and how to set up a PPS Internet password, please visit http://www.ppshk.com.
